New Dorp Christian Academy considers its staff one of the greatest resources we offer students and families. We are looking for qualified staff that nurture the individual student and encourage growth based on individual needs. We look for educators who model critical thinking across the disciplines to build problem solvers, mature believers who direct students to Christ. Our staff lead and discipline with grace, hold to the tenets of scripture as outlined in our handbook, and look to grow professionally in their craft as well as their personal spiritual walk with Christ.
